Paralegal Lisa Manuel has been an integral part of the Armour Law team since she joined the firm in 2010. A graduate of Louisiana College, where she majored in journalism, she uses her information-gathering skills for the benefit of the firm and its clients. Lisa works in the subrogation department, where she reviews claims files and collects and assesses documentation in order to assist the firm’s attorneys with preparation of cases for settlement, litigation and trial. Her contribution to each claim enables the firm’s attorneys to obtain the best possible outcome in each claim.
Lisa enjoys learning something new from assisting with each subrogation claim the firm handles to developing the new skills that are necessary to help cases reach a successful resolution. Colleagues describe her as dedicated and thorough, with an easygoing nature and good sense of humor that make her a pleasure to work with each day.
Lisa is guided by the values her parents instilled in her, to work hard to the best of her ability, just as she would want anyone who worked for her to do. Co-workers and clients alike benefit from Lisa’s commitment to a job well done. When not at work, she enjoys time with family, especially her two beautiful grandchildren.
